I dont know about the receiving side but the pickup side is the best and chill people I got pickup appointment at 9:pm now its 9:20 pm out of the door fully loaded thanks 🙏🏽 guys
My first order was awful, I ordered 5 meals two portions each and none of them came with the protein part, and some other ingredients were missing too. In addition, they didn’t serve 2 portions at all! Add to that the fact the delivery was not done in front of my door, but in front of my garage and stayed sitting there until I found it. The only positive part was customer support that promptly processed my refund and cancelled my account.
When you arrive here for the first time, your initial turn will be to the right, for delivery. That's where the delivery are located. If you continue on, the next right will be designated for pickups, as we were there for a delivery. The experience was pleasant, straightforward, and seamless. We arrived at 6:40am, checked in with the security guard, and parked. We waited until 7:15am for the crew to arrive, and then at 7:30am, the guard came to escort me from the truck for check-in. It only took 45 minutes to unload, and then we were on our way—easy and uncomplicated. Plus, there’s a portable restroom available. We were frist in, frist out. Everyone was very friendly.
