Facility info

Phone check-in mandatory — park on street, call guard shack number at entrance. Hold times 30+ min common; voicemail overload reported frequently. Unload times 2–5+ hours typical for under 12 pallets; full loads can stretch 6–8 hours. Appointment times ignored; day cabs get priority. Lumper fees $305–$505 (19× national average flagged); paid electronically via text link. Paperwork delays add 1–2 hrs post-unload. Guard gate staff inconsistent — range from "rude/unprofessional" to "helpful." One positive mention of Pro-Gate agent; mostly complaints about lack of direction for first-timers. Tight dock access, poor staging — limited maneuvering room; higher-numbered doors blocked by facility day cabs. Trailers left with bracing debris inside. High theft area (overnight lock-cutting reported); police cite street parkers on Heron St.

This place absolutely sucks. No overnight, small space. I dont recommend parking on the street as the gaurd and drivers say. Police have been coming around and citing tickets. Have to walk up and check in off the street. Park at your own free will. First time here and this is THE worst place of all time.

This place is an absolute joke! My appointment was for 7:00 AM, so I arrived early to check in. You have to check in by phone—DO NOT DRIVE INSIDE; STAY OUT ON THE STREET. You’ll find the phone number right at the entrance. Be patient, though, because when I called, I was kept on hold for 30 minutes... At 8:30 AM, they called back with a dock number, and by 12:45 PM, I was unloaded. I only had 11 pallets. It was a total disaster—I wasted half my day on a single delivery.
