I have had a very concerning experience with this company. Someone appears to be working under my husband's name and Social Security number, and we discovered this after receiving tax documents associated with employment he never had.
We have contacted the company multiple times by email and voicemail to notify them of the situation, but we have not received a response. We have also filed a police report regarding the identity theft.
We are extremely concerned about the company's hiring and identity verification process. Based on our experience, it appears that fraudulent documents may have been accepted, allowing someone to use another person's identity for employment. We hope the company takes this matter seriously, investigates the situation promptly, and strengthens its verification procedures to help prevent this from happening to others.

Beware of Red Baron. Why it's still being sold, idk but there have been multiple reports of people eating Red Baron and getting sick in multiple ways. Me, my sister, and my mom had it recently and we all got sick from it and it might be food poisoning. The food tastes raw and undercooked even when it's cooked as instructed. I don't know why it's still in stores and no other Pizza brand does this to us. Terrible either way

They have the BEST ice cream and desserts! We get deliveries monthly and if we need something before the next delivery, they will bring it the next day. You really can’t beat their desserts. I wish they were in grocery stores!

2 weeks ago there was a schwan's truck at my mother-in-law's residence and I ordered a few items from him right off the truck.
He was so friendly and nice so I decided that I would use their home delivery for individual meals for my husband and I well we are in between two different residence.
I remember the schwan's man coming to my place and my grandmother's place in the 70s and 80s! It was always an an exciting day when he came! I remember the juice concentrates and the special ice cream grandma used to buy for Christmas! Push pops for summer treats. We lived on the farm so when are schwan's man came was like a social event.
I placed an order for delivery yesterday. My delivery guy never showed up nor contacted me to let me know he wasn't coming.
To reschedule, they won't deliver until june5th now. They offered to ship it to me but I have never had good results with shipping frozen food ... Especially ice cream!
Besides, that's not what I was looking for. I was looking for that personalized service that I once remember.
Therefore, I will no longer be using schwan's company and I am closing my account permanently.
