Good morning to all and let me tell you all I finally met a real and I mean real NICE KAREN????? Performance group foods, Marshall, Minnesota the minute I walked in receiving Karen had a smile from ear to ear, greeting me with a good morning. Best morning that I ever had in years. I’ve been doing this 38 years. I have to take my hat off for receiving clerks with his attitude also the one in performance group in Rice, Minnesota the young lady that takes your payment. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Keep doing a wonderful job 100%. You made my day Karen thank you.
Arrived for my appt the lady told me it was a floor load for delivery stated it would take 2 to 3 hrs and gave me a dock...Just over 2 hrs later I was empty...and the people here are very nice
I've delivered here a couple of times now and I have to say, Karen, (who works at the receiving window), is an absolute joy to work with! As a full-time truck driver, I deliver to many places everyday, and Karen is always upbeat, smiling, and in a great mood! Many people at shippers/receivers are very short with us drivers and are miserable! Karen is just a breath of fresh air! The world is a better place with people like her in it!
Appointment was for 8:30,Checked in at 7:15 got straight in a door, Lady in Receiving super 👌 super 👌 👍 Nice,been 3yrs since I've been here,Still like I Remember it, I'll come here ANYTIME 😊
Thank You Performance! I called and checked in @ 8am for a noon appointment. Had a dock by 9ish, empty and rolling 30 minutes later. Fast and Efficient there in Marshall!
