Schwan's Deer Park

Facility info

Operations Quick turnaround reported: 45 minutes to 1 hour on property Dock wait times variable: one report of 3 hours wait then 45-minute load In-and-out operations typical Facility Experience Tight maneuvering space — small lot Staff consistently described as friendly, welcoming, respectful Facility noted as clean and well-maintained Safety and business ethics emphasized Recently renovated front offices and break room Critical Issue One serious food safety complaint: unsanitary conditions, temperature control failures, foreign materials in food, product reuse practices. Reviewer flagged for health inspector involvement. Note This appears to be a food distribution facility (Schwans), not a typical freight operation. Most reviews reference food products rather than trucking operations. Review set heavily skewed toward employee/customer experience and food quality rather than standard freight facility metrics.
