  Very poor customer service both truck drivers and customer service representatives/ manager. This is a third party company used by Lowe's Home Improvement. Their driver confirmed that he would return after he dropped off his next load, because he was still in the area. Received a phone call from dispatch customer service representatives who continued to place me on hold several and had given me several different people that I was speaking with who all sounded like the same person. But stated she was the manager but you could clearly over hear another individual feeding her information to say regarding the situation. Definitely would NOT recommend. BE AWARE!

  Got up at 6am to wait on delivery. Received a text at 6:30 saying g they were unable to deliver and we need to reschedule. They don't open until 8am to answer phone and tell us where our order is and why they can't deliver. I checked and found numerous complaints with BBB. Now we have to wait another week before they can deliver.

  -5stars,,<br>They'll give u a load,, u'll show up on time to pic it up,, it will be already gone,, gave it to another driver. And they won't rectify the issue monetarily<br>or call you back,, it's dodge city after that,, if u do book a load wit these folks<br>STAY away from Juan,, he's a busta n a joje
