Verst Logistics - Hebron (Aviation Blvd)

Facility info

OPERATIONS Appointment-only facility — arrive exactly on time, not early. Gates open 8am. Strict about appointment windows; early arrivals turned away, late arrivals deprioritized. Live unload only. Check-in around 8:30am typical. Unloading generally fast (30 min to 1 hour) when you get a dock. No live phone line to reach staff beforehand. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available — either behind building on exit side or on street end near facility. Restrooms available for drivers. Unloading speed inconsistent — sometimes quick, sometimes long waits (5+ hours reported). Dock assignment can be chaotic; appointment priority not always honored. Staff attitude mixed — some genuinely helpful and professional, others described as rude or dismissive. Management/supervisory personnel cited as source of friction with drivers. One location reportedly better than another location in Hebron. BOTTOM LINE Fast unload when things run smoothly, but operations and staff professionalism are unreliable. Hit your appointment window exactly — don't arrive early or late.
