Facility info

OPERATIONS Overnight receiving only — won't accept daytime deliveries. Appointments required; can check in up to 2 hours early but will turn away drivers who arrive much earlier. Guard shack enforces strict arrival windows and holds up the line before appointment time. Unloading typically 2.5–3 hours but gate delays mean 6–9 hours total facility time is common. Lumper fee mandatory ($51 reported). Must pay lumper fee early morning or won't release paperwork and you return next midnight. Paperwork delays are severe — 2–4 hours typical, sometimes 6+ hours. Security guard must release BOL. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking only. No street parking — $187 tickets reported. No parking available nearby, yard parking only. Bathroom at check-in — must ask for key, not accessible during wait. No restroom facilities for drivers during long holds. Staff professionalism varies wildly — some describe security as rude and unprofessional; others report polite gate workers. Yard conditions not mentioned. Guard shack reportedly tells drivers to park on street (problematic — can't make U-turns, creates chaos). No detention pay despite excessive waits. NOTABLE INCONSISTENCIES Small percentage of reviews (4–5) report fast turnarounds (1.5–2.5 hours). Most reviews report 6–9 hour total stays with 4+ hour paperwork delays. Some gate staff rated professional and efficient; others called rude.
