CHECK-IN & APPOINTMENTS Door 444 is the check-in location — follow painted lines, park to the right, walk to office. Check-in opens at 11:40 AM but doesn't process drivers until around 11 PM. Can check in up to 1 hour before appointment time. Arrive 11:00-11:20 AM to get in first 10 in line for same-day unload. Late fees are $300-$510 if you miss appointment time or show up early — facility strictly enforces this despite often not honoring their own appointment windows. Rescheduling/next-day appointments charged $200-$510. Saturday closures mean 35+ hour waits if arriving after 11:30 AM (facility reopens Monday around 11:40 PM). Some brokers waive fees; others don't. UNLOADING OPERATIONS Unloading starts 3:00 AM, runs until 11:30 AM. Capstone Logistics handles unloading. Wait times are extremely inconsistent — ranges from 2-3 hours to 10+ hours for same load size. Multi-pallet loads often take 5-7+ hours.
