Easy to get to. Usual time in and out is 2-3 hours.
Load wasn’t ready wasted our whole day. Avoid
6am appointment, 8 hours later still in the door to get unloaded. Staff not much help, “we had to work you in”..was the response I was given. Plus I was the only truck in a dock around the back.
The vertical in Burleson Texas and the vertical in Indianapolis are both top-notch facilities they waited around after hours to load me and Burleson and Indianapolis took me two days early and unloaded me it don't get better than that it either in these guys are my new favorite shipper and receiver 🤟
