Could someone advise working hours of the facility to get a load?
Sometimes we drop n hook here sometimes we dont. It would be nice to have this locations receiving hours posted on Google not the office hours. And how bout a nbr drivers can actually call for information. Half the reviews are for another location not even this one. My only complaint is that you guys dont remove the card board sheets. You guys do stack them at the back of the trailer and have a dumpster for us to put them in but not everybody is 6 feet tall. The dumpster use to be where it could be backed up to making it way easier to throw it away. Sitting and waiting to come delivery because nothing tells me times you receive

Its a great place to get loaded or trailer switch<br>Front security lady looks so confused and lost. She forced me to slide tandem which I had to slide back to backup at the dock. She doesn't listen. Really rude. They guy before her was really nice
My experience here was ok. My appointment was at 4pm and I tried to pick up in the morning, but they use that time to load their local trucks. If you are an outside carrier, you are probably better off arriving in the afternoon. I can confirm that some of the docks do have dropped trailers double stacked in front of them which makes backing in more difficult, but they do tend to space everyone out when they are assigning dock doors to make up for that. Minus one star because they do not provide restrooms for drivers but other than that, everything else was fine
