RBW Logistics - Augusta (4-H Club Rd)

Facility info

Appointment required — strictly. No walk-ups. Confirm appointment before arriving or risk being turned away and delayed 1-2 days. Fast unload/load — consistently quick, decent dock space for maneuvering. Staff mixed — some friendly and professional, check-in attitude varies. One reviewer reported rude behavior at check-in. Location confusion — facility is at 1634, not 1624. GPS/Google sends drivers to old building. Get correct address confirmed. Overnight parking — street-side parking available but unclear if officially permitted for overnight stays. No restrooms on-site — plan accordingly. Access road is narrow — 4H Club Rd tight, requires careful maneuvering. Rolling stop necessary when leaving due to railroad tracks at stop sign. Open 24 hours for drops/switches. No detention pay — per one review. Bathroom/vending — one recent review mentions availability, but restroom access appears inconsistent or not guaranteed.
