Facility info
No overnight parking at facility — gates close after 12am. Empty lot across street sometimes available (unconfirmed). Some reviews mention parking on street. Appointment scheduling tight — arrive early or on time. Late arrivals (15-30 min+) can result in multi-day holds or refusal to load/unload. Check-in requires: driver's license, tractor plate, trailer plate, pickup number. Have these ready. Unloading speed varies widely — ranges from under 1 hour to 4-5 hours. Most recent reports under 1.5 hours. Staff attitude inconsistent — some drivers report friendly, professional service; others report rude, dismissive behavior and poor attitudes toward questions about timing. Facility conditions: older warehouse, dim lighting, gets hot in summer with poor ventilation. Limited fan coverage. Lots of room to maneuver. Restrooms available, cleanliness mentioned positively in at least one review. Open 6am-3:30pm shipping hours (may vary by day). Railroad tracks nearby — drive carefully. Pay rates noted as low by multiple drivers. Some confusion with appointment/check-in procedures and signage — call broker/dispatcher for clarification on arrival. Management described as unavailable or unhelpful during scheduling issues.
Driver reviews
Excelente y amplio sitio para descargar rápido , gente muy amable, hay espacio para pernoctar, baño limpio, éxito truckers
No overnight parking at the facilty, but an employee told me there was an empty lot that isnt actively used across the street (photo for location reference), so you can probably park there. Entrance is a bit farther up on the turn. Take it easy on the railroad tracks that are nearby as well. 1230 appointment time and had me out by 1330. Need CDL License, both of the Tractor's and Trailer's unit and license plate numbers, and the 13-14 digit Pick Up # when you sign in to get loaded.
