Facility info
Cold storage warehouse with highly inconsistent wait times—ranging from 30 minutes to 12+ hours. Most common complaint: 5-8 hour waits for loading/unloading. Appointment scheduling strictly enforced. Early arrival doesn't guarantee early service; expect to wait until appointment time. Late arrivals face significant penalties ($60-$170+ charges) and additional 6-8 hour delays as punishment. Live load operation. Dock workers do not secure cargo—bring load bars and secure loads yourself. Check load placement before trailer is sealed; some loads placed carelessly against walls. Check-in at receptionist window; can take 30 minutes if understaffed. Operations seem disorganized with communication issues between management and drivers. Wait times unpredictable and not transparently communicated. Multiple reports of vague updates ("we'll load you in 2 hours" followed by 4+ hour delays). Poor coordination between warehouse and dock staff. Overnight parking available. Limited capacity but present. Restroom facilities available. No gate security; instructed to leave promptly after completion. Staff attitude mixed—some reviews praise friendly, professional staff; others report rude behavior. Recently underwent management change/buyout; facility in transition. Safety concerns flagged: non-functional dock seals (cargo exposed during loading), equipment maintenance issues, high accident rate reported. Weekend hours vary by shift rotation—call ahead to confirm opening times. Facility relatively easy to access and maneuver. Some reviews note it's faster than typical cold storage, but majority experience significant delays.
Driver reviews
Had a 5pm appointment and arrived 1 hour early. Checked in, and they called me back about 30 minutes later. Got a door and unloading took roughly 2 hours.

Tip for other drivers: pay attention when they stop unloading you they won't come to you until much later. So go check on your dock and see if the ramp is off your trailer and turn your reefer off, saves fuel, wear & tear on your unit.

On the plus side, they do have overnight parking. That’s a win for anyone here — whether you’re running paper logs like me or on ELDs and they burned up your clock, you can just stay the night.
This place was great, had an 8am appointment, arrived at 7:30am, parked to my right, I believe there is overnight parking here, saw a few trucks with their curtains closed, I assume they spent the night there. After parking office is to the right of the docks, can't miss it. I was given a door right away, park in front, slide tandems and wait for someone to come out and tell you to back in. Unloading took less than 1hr, after that go park, and see if your paperwork is ready. I did not get a call, after about 20min I walked to the office and my paperwork was ready. Polite and respectful staff, easy going. Great experience.
They charge you $250-$500 late fee depending on etc. The sad and unfair part is, they’ll hold you there 6-12 hours and they’ll not pay you the same amount of $250-$500 for keeping you there all day/night or both. When O/O choose to not haul for Americold Logistics then, they may wise up until then they’re there wishing you to be late (company drivers don’t have options but do as your boss/dispatch say so).
This is shitting. They just put driver on dock with close door for 7 hrs. I don’t know why they put driver on dock with reefer on for 7 hrs!!!!
Very disappointed
