OPERATIONS Live load/unload only — drop trailer and leave property. They'll call when ready (timeframe highly unpredictable). FACILITY EXPERIENCE No overnight parking on property — drivers forced to park on roadside outside facility or at nearby truck stops (TA ~7-11 miles away). Limited/no restroom access if parked outside. Parking on property for bobtails after drop-off: facility has space but does not permit it — you must leave. Staff attitude mixed. Guard shack and receiving window staff reported friendly in some reviews; others note facility won't accept early arrivals (5am arrival with 6pm appointment turned away). Yard conditions adequate.
