CRITICAL: Need pickup number starting with 54 or 0054 — broker must confirm or you won't get past guard shack. Operations Appointment scheduling required — guard shack check-in at entrance Live load standard; must disconnect trailer during loading Drop and hook NOT available — yard dog cannot pull empties to trailer yard, so you stay with inbound trailer Wait times extremely inconsistent: 20 minutes to 5+ hours reported New facility still under construction — expect some operational growing pains Facility Experience Restroom available in shipping office — reported as clean Overnight parking: not mentioned in reviews Staff attitude: mixed bag — range from "very nice and quick" to "horrible" and "no heart" Yard conditions: clean, lots of maneuvering space No directional signage at docks — confusing to locate Logistics Truck entrance: SE corner off Clayton Road / N. Ethington Road Shipping on south side, receiving on west side From I-8: take S Thornton Rd to W Cottonwood Ln to N Ethington Rd Stop at first set of docks on west side (4 docks total) — don't go around back Bottom Line Fast turnarounds possible but unpredictable. Verify pickup number with broker before arrival. New facility with inconsistent staffing — some days efficient, other days backup to 5+ hours.
