Facility info

Appointments mean nothing. 2-7 hour waits are common even with scheduled time. Multiple drivers report arriving on time only to be told load isn't ready or getting pushed back hours. Showing up early (within 30 min) can get you turned away. Load readiness unpredictable. Staff openly acknowledge chronic understaffing. Loads sometimes ready in 15-20 minutes, other times half a day or more behind schedule. Restroom access is a problem. No indoor restrooms for drivers. Portable unit outside gate (reportedly clean with sanitizer), but not always accessible. Some drivers report none available at all. Extended wait times. Plan for 2.5-4 hours minimum, sometimes much longer. Locals sometimes prioritized over appointment holders. Watch your scale ticket. Tendency to load heavy—verify weight before leaving. Security/gate staff attitude is a flashpoint. Multiple complaints about guards' demeanor, perceived disrespect, and poor training. Some drivers describe interaction as degrading. Professional staff also mentioned, but inconsistent. Check-in process rigid. Appointment-only. Same-day arrivals reportedly turned away; must stick to scheduled day. Some positive notes. A few drivers reported professional experience and fast unloading when things go smoothly. Truck stop nearby for overnight parking if needed.
