It's a cold storage place. Some times they can be really slow, this place loaded me at my appointment time and took about 30 minutes altogether... Friendly people

Overnight parking available. Easy check-in, plenty of space to back in. Clean restroom. They can load and unload early if you arrive. Keep America Trucking.
Building says Nor-Am Cold Storage.<br>I had a tandom tire blow, thankfully it happened near the entrance here and that they allow overnight parking.<br>I knew I would not get anyone there to replace the wheel that night or even before my appointment time at 8:30am, so I worried there would be a late fee. I explained the situation prior to my appointment time. They understood the situation and made a note, said I would not be charged a late fee, they knew I was there, to just let them know when I was ready to back in to a door. It was after 1pm before the wheel was finally located in Davenport and then driven out to this location.<br>There were never any issues. Everyone in the office had a good attitude, they were friendly and patient.<br>There is a bathroom inside the lunchroom, the office will buzz you in.<br>After you are loaded, go ahead and return to shipping office for your documents.<br>Pretty standard checking in and out procedure.<br><br>Thank you for working with me without any additional pressure/stress.
