If you have appointment before 4pm You can check in before your appointment time and get loaded early If you have appointment after 4pm they can load you after 4pm quickly ( there is workers working in two shifts first until 4pm second after 4pm They only load on their own shifts. )

Never have had a problem here the people are usually down to earth and very real tward drivers.
