Disappointing… I ordered towels for a Shower Gift. Added wrapping option. No gift wrap and of the 12 towels I received 2 towels that don’t match them. Really?? Why throw them in???<br>In addition, all of the towels have markdown prices on them. I was charged full price which is double the cost. Really?? I sent an email and waiting and waiting for a response.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I know this is the warehouse that would fulfill the orders I've placed and I've placed 3 orders that never left the warehouse. Zara "escalated" my issue all 3 times and no one ever contacted me. Ridiculous. Done shopping here.
