Don't go left as GPS suggests. Wait times highly variable — some report 1 hour turnaround, others report 5+ hours. Plan conservatively if you have back-to-back loads. Check-in procedure: arrive before 8am (facility opens at 8am), check in at gate, directed to staging area. Have booking number and contact person ready. Live load/unload operation — do NOT break your seal. Wait for dock staff to do it or load will be rejected. Reefer loads may experience long idle times with inconsistent practices.
