Facility info

Drop & hook: smooth, easy access, plenty of room to maneuver. No on-site overnight parking; street parking available but Lineage may fine you. Live load: expect 4–7 hours to get loaded, then 2–7 hours waiting for paperwork. Appointments mean nothing—you will wait regardless. Office staff slow and disorganized. Check-in: slide tandims at gate before entering. Have DOT# and I/O numbers ready. Gate guards are friendly and helpful. Reefer must be 3/4 full minimum or you won't be checked in. Trailer must be clean. Late fees: $260 if you're 30+ minutes late. They enforce this aggressively despite their own delays. Staff attitude: gate guards and yard staff generally friendly; office personnel unprofessional, slow, dismissive. Some described as rude. Facility: clean building, restrooms available, clean bathrooms, massive lot, paved surfaces, easy to back. Movie and coffee machine available (may not work). Common issues: trailers loaded improperly, broken load bars discovered after delivery, overloaded trailers, missing paperwork in cross-dock handoffs. Check seals and verify load before leaving. Time management is the core problem across all reviews. Poor scheduling and prioritization means drivers routinely waste 8–12+ hours here.

No overnight parking here. And do not park out in the street either. You will get ticketed. Drop and hook for me… As you make the turn into the driveway to the guard shack, make sure you have a safety vest on and go ahead and slide those tandems back.. They’re gonna give you a little piece of paper to fill out. You’re gonna need that pick up number and make sure your reefer works and it’s full of Fuel and by the way it’s probably a plus to have it cleaned out… Lol. After the guards check you in, I made my way to the facility and park the empty trailer on the left side of the yard as was instructed. I bobtail around the building, counterclockwise, to the office by dock #1 to turn in that sheet of paper and get my bills. I had to go treasure hunt to look for my loaded trailer and after about 10 minutes that I couldn’t find it, I saw it sitting on one of the dock doors still… 🤣 After hooking up, you come back around to the guard shack give them the bills and they will double check the seal and you’ll be on your way. I do appreciate the professionalism at the guard shack, and from the people inside shipping and receiving. I don’t have any info about live loads or unloads… Maybe next time ✌🏼 By the way, there is TA express right down the road and a Maverick truckstop…

They are even slower than a turtle. I have been here for 7 hours now and have been on the dock for about 3 hours but they haven't even started loading and I read in the comments that we have to wait several hours for paperwork. If you come here, ask the broker for a lot of money and be prepared to waste a whole day, everything is incredibly slow. good luck!

The charging late fee for no reason, loading extremely long time 6 or 7 hours easy, and after loading needs to wait a few hours for paperwork, but they dot't forget to charge 260 dollars for 6 min late, terrible place for truckers.
