Facility info

Wait times: Expect 4-12+ hours minimum for live unload/load. Many drivers report 24+ hour waits. Night shift reportedly faster than day shift. Drop-and-hook can be quicker if trailers are ready. Appointment scheduling: Appointments don't guarantee priority. First-come, first-serve operation. Arriving night before early morning appointment may help — check in then, get unloaded during night shift before day shift backlog hits. Check-in procedure: Park on street, walk to guard shack. Security will direct you to shipping/receiving office. Drop bills in box at receiving — unclear process after that point. Multiple drivers report confusion about next steps. Yard conditions: Extremely tight, cramped facility. Limited room to maneuver or turn around. Trailers parked everywhere. No room to stage. High risk of trailer damage from tight parking and yard equipment. Lot is poorly organized. Overnight parking: Street parking only — no on-site lot. Love's truck stop nearby (down the road) but you cannot drop trailer and leave. Some drivers park on street in dead-end section. Bathroom/amenities: No restrooms or shower facilities on-site. One porta-potty mentioned (described as unbearably hot). No driver amenities. No cafeteria. Staff attitude: Highly inconsistent. Some staff reported as nice and helpful. Many reports of rude, dismissive, or confrontational yard operators. Receiving department frequently described as unorganized and uncommunicative. Security guard quality varies. Communication: Poor. Yard operators won't update you. Receiving office doesn't answer phones. Multiple drivers report being told conflicting information or left with no instructions. Dock doors: Only 1-2 doors actively used for receiving/shipping despite having 4+ doors available. Creates major bottleneck. Load type matters: Meat loads are slower than ingredient loads. Drop-and-hook generally faster than live load/unload. Gate access: Once in yard, gate is locked. Only yard operators can open it. You cannot leave freely. Operating hours: Starts receiving at 6 a.m. Drop trailers get priority over live loads. Yard operators take lunch at same

Called ahead to try and get in early, had a 0600 appointment and was able to check in at 0030, BUT upon check in I was told that the load I brought down from the Tyson plant in Hope, AR had been canceled and it was never supposed to be loaded and brought to them. Went next door to the loves where I sat for 11 hours while the broker and customer went back and forth. Was finally told to go back and get unloaded. After I checked in for the 2nd time, I was instructed to park out on the street and the yard jockey would come get me when they were ready. About an hour later I was put on a door and another hour after that I was empty.

Worst place to deliver! Never come back here for deliveries. Ignoring the drivers. Don’t care of your HOS. Better cancel your load going here. Management should take care of this since nobody will bring product here.

I read all the comments prior my delivery and heres my dime: loaded in Rogers AR at 11am on a friday, 43k, arrived here at 9:30pm same day, got out before 10:30pm. Night shift is fast, daytime is slow/lazy I was told. Also, MEAT delivery is slow. INGRIDIENTS delivery is fast. Good luck!
