Facility info

No overnight parking. Facility closes 10pm; 10-hour breaks must be completed by 12pm. Live load operation. Appointment times are strictly enforced—showing up early doesn't guarantee early loading. Wait times highly variable. Some drivers in/out under 2 hours; others report 4-8+ hours at dock. Inconsistency appears shift-dependent (evening shift noted as faster than morning shift in multiple reviews). Temperature-controlled loads: trailers must cool to -10°F before departure. This can add hours of waiting, especially with hot product loads in warm weather. Overweight loads reported multiple times. Verify weights before departure or face fines. Late fees: $75-$99 charged for tardiness. Disputes over appointment windows noted. Check-in procedure: park at guard shack, complete paperwork, receive door assignment, wait for loading call. Staff attitude mixed. Many reviews praise friendly, professional security and office staff. Several reports of rude/dismissive personnel (both security and office). One report of discriminatory service. Security takes temperature verification seriously—requires correct trailer temperature and seal checks before exit. Facility has adequate maneuvering room and multiple docks, but reports of understaffing and only 1-2 docks operating despite 12+ available. Quality control issues noted: food handling/sanitation concerns, loose/damaged pallets, improper load securement. Trailer locking with glad hands after drop reported as equipment damage concern. Nearest truck stops 7-10 miles away (Petro noted as ~7 miles).

I would like to share some feedback about an interaction I had at the facility today.

The office staff instructed me to go to the door and slide my tandems, but not to open the trailer doors because someone would come out and assist me. I followed those instructions.

A lady came out, and I greeted her. She greeted me back, then went to the back of my trailer and placed a lock on the air line. She then walked away without telling me what she was doing or giving me any further instructions. I was confused because I was still following the directions I had received from the office.

When she came back, she was very upset and asked why I had allowed her to lock my trailer while my doors were still closed. I explained that I didn’t know what she was doing because she had not communicated that with me. I had actually tried to make conversation with her, but she walked away.

She then asked me if I thought she came there to have a conversation with me or to do her job. I understand that she was there to do her job, and I respect that. However, I felt the way she spoke to me was unnecessary and disrespectful.

She also mentioned that this was not my first time there. I explained that this was actually my first time at this location in this state, so I was simply following the instructions I had been given.

I am not writing this to cause a problem or to argue with anyone. I understand that people have difficult days and may be dealing with personal issues that others know nothing about. However, truck drivers also go through a lot to get to these facilities. Some of us drive hundreds or even over a thousand miles to make these deliveries, and we deserve to be treated with basic professionalism and respect.

If there was something I was supposed to do differently, I would have gladly followed the instructions if they had simply been communicated to me.

I hope this feedback can be taken constructively. I appreciate the work t

The receiving and loading lady was cool and professional, even the guard shack guy. However, if you're Hauling -10..They will not let you go till you're temp at least 10...first time for everything. But hey just FYI. Out of all the lineage we have been too, this is definitely the 1st. Most open the doors from the inside to preserve the temp.
.
