Rooms were very average and a bit outdated. The location is good if wanting to do the aquarium, football hall of fame, world of coke or concert or game at the arena or stadium. The staff was all friendly
My two friends and I stayed at the Omni Atlanta at Centennial Park for Dragon Con 2026.<br>The location was perfectly accessible to shuttle stops, dining options (even in the hotel itself), and the beautiful park across the street.<br>The parking/luggage drop off was so calm and convenient.<br>The room was fantastic. Clean and spacious. EThe balcony was amazing as we had one that overlooked inside the hotel.<br>Ashley at check in/reception/front desk, was a star. She was so friendly as she neatly resolved any issues that could pop up.<br>The Vues Lobby Bar was amazing. I highly recommend taking a seat at the bar and trusting Bethany with your orders. From anything on the menu to her fantastic creations, she is a drink mixing fairy!<br>Is the price higher than some? Yes sure, but the room, noise, food, and staff are all the highest quality you want in a stay. The Care is more than equal the Cost.
Cancelled my booking without notifying me. Forcing me to rebook at double the price. Clearly not capable of basic communication. If I hadn't checked, I would've shown up and been without a room for a clearly busy weekend. Do not recommend this hotel or its staff. Especially the supervisors Kristina was horribly unprofessional and incapable of resolving anything.
Ever been to a hotel room in the last 10 years that has zero USB ports? Nice hotel, great staff. BUT! If you didn't bring a wall adapter of some kind you're boned. Seriously it even looks newly renovated? Let's see if the TV has one. -Frustrated Traveler
