OPERATIONS Strict appointment-only facility. Opens 4am (gate actually opens ~4:15am). Receiving window 4am-9am. Check-in with S/R on front side for dock assignment. Must have EFS or Comchek ready — lumper fees are CST Diamond, not prepaid. Gate requires yard dog to open. Unload time typically 2-4 hours, sometimes 5-6 hours. Will hold reefer loads over weekend and refuse early Friday deliveries. Occasional returns and damaged freight. PARKING & FACILITIES Minimal overnight parking: 2-3 spots along driveway/street. Tight backing space at front dock; rear yard has more room. Unisex restroom available inside during day. No porta john. No restroom access at night. LUMPER FEES High — consistently $600-$1,700+ reported. One driver paid $1,700 (more than double typical OTR rates). Fees must be paid before dock clamp releases. System backlog causes significant delays between check-in and lumper assignment (up to 5+ hours). STAFF & FACILITY ATTITUDE Mixed. Some drivers report friendly, professional staff and good service. Others report rude, dismissive employees and poor communication. Yard conditions vary by section — front tighter than rear. Driver parking behavior and lot management inconsistent.
