Nails left in parking lot from trailers being swept out. Some reports of pallets left in trailers or going missing, requiring reloads. YARD OPERATIONS: Yard jockey behavior varies widely—some courteous, others described as rude. Reports of drivers being woken and asked to move after being told they could park overnight. Limited overnight parking (5-6 spaces), often full or denied. Security has turned away drivers trying to park early. RESTROOMS: Available but cleanliness inconsistent. Some describe them as clean; others report urine and garbage on floors. FACILITY CONDITION: Parking lot is tight and small. Dock area acceptable. Vending machines and driver lounge available. RECEIVING HOURS: Open 6:30-6:45 AM. Receiving office location: 325 Turnpike Rd, Southborough MA (shipping); Marlborough location is for receiving/unloading. TANKER DRIVERS: Use first entrance on right. Unload time ~1 hour after setup. Dry vans use second right entrance. Tone in some departments can be poor.

HEY Kens! Us Charlestonians do NOT want your crappy version of Sticky Fingers BBQ sauce. Smaller bottles and SUGAR is the first ingredient. Bite us, y'all!
Their products (dressings) USED to be decent.....NOT SO MUCH anymore....their stuff tastes fake & processed just like all of the other competitors.... YUCK. 🤮 NO MORE. I'll switch to homemade, thank you (NOT thank you).
Updated! Good time management now. Only down side is their phone is not working and no door bell so drivers only play waiting game. And I wish they had overnight parking for 6 Am appointment for tanker. As everyone know it's hard to find a parking spot in MA. I myself have to park 2-3 hrs away and have to be in NYS.
Truckers, if you come to this place, be sure to arm yourself with patience. You’ll encounter staff members who won't let you park even an hour before your appointment—or even let you simply ask for information—and will kick you out immediately, despite there being no signage indicating otherwise. When I asked why, they told me the orders come from above. Honestly, it’s a regrettable situation for drivers coming from out of town who aren't familiar with the area.
