Facility info

Operations Appointment required. Mix of live load and drop-and-hook available depending on arrival time and workload. Call ahead (especially early morning) to confirm which option applies. Check in at office before docking. Can take anywhere from under 30 minutes to 7+ hours depending on product readiness and facility congestion—wait times are unpredictable. Weekend drop-and-hook uses separate gate (not the one at bottom of hill); phone at gate to request entry. Facility Experience Tight yard with limited staging space. No consistent overnight parking (conflicting reports; some say available, others say no). Restroom available inside driver area. Staff consistently described as friendly, helpful, and professional. Seafood restaurant directly across the street. Scenic waterfront location. Small old fishing town with tricky navigation—use truck route signs, not GPS. Pay attention to no-truck signs. Arrive close to appointment time to avoid parking issues. Port-a-potty available by last dock. Docking Tight lot but manageable. Two-door staging area. Room for u-turns or blindside backs at bottom of hill if needed. Lot staff attentive and helpful with maneuvering. Multiple doors available. Some reports of being sent to wait despite available doors. Trailer must be spotless and pre-cooled. Hours M-F: 24 hours. Saturday-Sunday: Closed (except drop-and-hook via separate gate).
