They must have improved since the last reviews I read. Perhaps Guard shack was very nice. Told me they only let you arrive 30 minutes before appointment time. My appointment time was 11am. She let me go in and park. Person at the shipping office was very nice also. She gave me my dock and was very clear on instructions. They started loading me within 30 minutes. Was loading and out by 12:30.

Wasted 8 hours of my day here today. Had a 1 pm pick up. Arrived at 11:45 am. Was told I will be called when there’s a door available. Mind you they had about 20 doors open all day. Working one truck at a time. After checking in with them several times through out the 8 hours I was told the load wasn’t even picked yet and I called the broker and cancelled the load. What a waste of time. Time is money and this place just cost me a pretty penny. !!!!!AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous place to get loaded. Moved doors twice and was here for 8 hrs to get loaded. Part of the problem with trucking today.
