Absolutely terrible experience. The people here are extremely slow to work. There is only one person loading trucks, and apparently nobody cares about drivers’ time or appointments.<br><br>I arrived at 10:45 AM and was already at the dock by 11:00 AM. It is now 1:00 PM and I am still sitting here waiting. After asking multiple times why my truck was not being loaded, the employees finally decided to get out of their chairs and do something — but only after I questioned them 4 or 5 times.<br><br>I had a delivery scheduled for 2:30 PM in North Carolina, and now there is obviously no way I can make it on time because of the complete lack of urgency and professionalism from the two employees working here. They showed absolutely no concern for their job or for the driver waiting for hours.<br><br>Very disrespectful experience. If you come here, be prepared to waste your time.
