Guard shack confirmation required first. Appointment timing loose — arriving early doesn't guarantee early service; may wait hours beyond scheduled time. Overnight parking available but limited (roughly 15 spots). Not recommended to show up early. Restrooms in traffic office. Vending machines available. Staff attitude inconsistent — mostly professional loaders, but some office and traffic personnel reported rude or yelling. Night shift may be worse. Load weight distribution problems reported. One driver had to redo load; another disputes scale accuracy. Reefer trailers: precooling required, but doors left open 1–2 hours causes temp loss before loading starts. Paperwork processing can drag (30+ min waits for bills even after unload complete).

Loading staff was great. Nice people and great personalities. That being said: The office staff “at night” must have been having a really really bad night. Rude, unprofessional and acted like ever driver that same in had our communal disease would barely open the window just far enough to hand paperwork through. First time I’ve been here so I don’t know if it’s the norm or just a bad night.

To be honest after all these bad reviews I was scared to send my driver here, but in the end I was pleasantly surprised. Checked in , got the dock wright away and they loaded my driver in two hours which is great loading time for a reefer trailer.
