I am not going to speak on unloading because I was here for the opposite, loading. The process is quick and very easy. When you pull in, turn to the right and park in the space for either live load or trailer drop. At the right, in front of the parking spaces, is a sign that has a bar code to scan, and the number to the office is right below. About 5-10 minutes after I scanned the bar code, a nice guy from the office called and gave me a door.. Big parking lot with plenty of spaces. I am being loaded pretty quickly.
