⚠️WARNING TO DRIVERS - CHECK YOUR LUMPER RECEIPT⚠️<br><br>I WAS CHARGED $92.56 ON 7/9/26 & WHICH I PAID IT WITHOUT HESITATION WITH MY CREDIT CARD, HOWEVER WHEN I RECEIVED MY RECEIPT, IT HAD SHOWN A DIFFERENT AMOUNT OF $40.56. I HAD SHOWED HER THAT $92.56 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK AS WELL.<br><br>NOW I MUST ALSO WARN YOU THAT WHEN I HAD CONFRONTED THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ERROR, SHE SAID THAT IT WAS FOR RESTACKING OF 2 LEANING PALLETS, AND ANOTHER TEXT WOULD BE SENT TO THE PHONE SHOWING THE CORRECTED AMOUNT (THAT WAS A LIE), PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT I SAID I WASN'T LEAVING UNTIL MY RECEIPT WAS PRODUCED, SO SHE HAD CALLED ON HER BOSS FERMIN TO ASSIST WITH THE PROBLEM. THERE HE SAID THAT HE WOULD BE IN CONTACT HIS PEOPLE AND IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. HE ALSO STATED THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 48 HOURS BEFORE AN ANSWER WILL BE GIVEN, (THAT WAS A LIE), AS OF 7/19/26, YET NOBODY HAS COME FORWARD WITH A RECEIPT INDICATING THE DIFFERENCE OF $52.00.<br><br>I HAD TEXT FERMIN, AND YET NO REPLIED MESSAGE EITHER BY TEXT OR EMAIL.<br><br>I HAD LEFT FERMIN WITH AN EMAIL & PHONE NUMBER TO SEND MY RECEIPT OF THE $52.00.<br><br>THIS LUMPING SERVICE IS GOOD FOR UNLOADING, HOWEVER AS FAR AS RECEIVING YOUR PAPERWORK, IT CAN TAKE A LONG WHILE (AS MINE ALWAYS DO)<br><br>AS FAR AS ACCURACY ON INVOICING, IT'S A SHAME TO HAVE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE RUNNING IT, WHEN EVERYONE RUNS AWAY & PASS THE BUCK WHEN A PROBLEM OCCURS.<br><br>BUT DON'T WORRY, I WILL BE ADDRESSING THIS WITH MY BANK TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM.<br><br>⚠️ WARNING ⚠️WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️
Not bad, arrived and had to go park and wait for a door. The only thing thats annoying is if you have the bigger number docks you’re In the back and you have to walk to the lumper door from back there. Can get tricky looking for a spot. Arrived at 12:30 left around 3:30
