Back in 2021, my eight by sixteen cabin shed was delivered... From the very moment I contacted the company to the point of delivery... They Were very professional and EASY to work with! I Absolutely love Timberline barns.. .
We have bought 2 out buildings and one playground swing set from Timberline and have had wonderful experiences from the sale to the setup. The quality is unmatched and great customer service. Jim Smith in Wise,VA is the authorized dealer and he his fantastic to work with.
We began considering a storage building back in late 2019. After much "window shopping" we decided to go with Timberline Barns. I began communicating with Yvette in June of 2020 via email, asking many questions and considering options. She was SO helpful and patient with the time we took considering all our options. I especially like the 3D builder on their website, it really helped to be able to see how the different options would look and come together as a cohesive shed. Once we made all our decisions, we decided to place the order in early 2021. Knowing the current supply challenges due to Covid 19 in the world we anticipated it would be a couple months before our building was complete. However, 3 weeks after our order was placed the shed was delivered and set up in our yard. Delivery man was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We have only had it a few days, but are anxious to get it put into use for hopefully many years to come. Overall our experience with Timberline Barns was excellent. It is nice to know that in a world where customer service levels continue to decrease...that Timberline Barns goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied with their buying experience.
