Operations: Appointments work but can be flexible — staff may take drivers early or work them in between scheduled slots. Check-in opens 6:30am. Unloading is drop-and-hook with lumper fees required (typically $95–$330 depending on pallet count and breakdown; fees are high relative to work performed). Payment via text after unload. Unload times vary significantly — 30 minutes to over 6 hours reported, with most falling in the 30–45 minute range when running smoothly. System breakdowns and lunch coverage gaps have caused queue management issues. Seal checks and air line disconnects done by staff before release. Facility experience: Overnight parking limited and availability is inconsistent — originally available (8–10 spaces) but currently restricted or eliminated due to construction; many spaces occupied by facility's own trailers anyway. Nearest alternatives: two Pilot truck stops 6 miles away at I-81 exit 4. Bathrooms available and reported clean. Yard attitude highly variable — multiple drivers report rude, dismissive, or hostile treatment from receiving staff (particularly one female staff member), especially toward Hispanic and minority drivers. Other staff members consistently praised as friendly, professional, and courteous. Facility condition clean and well-maintained. Construction ongoing, affecting parking and operations. Notable issues: Lumper fees frequently contested as excessive. Rescheduling fees ($125) charged even when facility works drivers in early. Lunch hour (around noon) creates gaps in receiving desk coverage, leading to first-come-first-served chaos. Some drivers report discriminatory treatment based on race/ethnicity. Wait times unpredictable — ranges from under 1 hour to 6+ hours.

Terrible experience. It took over 6 hours to unload just a couple of pallets. My appointment was at 6:00 AM, and I didn’t get out until 12:05 PM. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable and shows no respect for drivers’ time.
