Great experience overall. Driver arrived around 1:00 PM for a 2:00 PM appointment and was loaded by 3:50 PM. The process was smooth, the staff was professional, and the loading time was reasonable. We appreciate the efficient service!
Slow loading, over 5 hours of waiting
2nd time at this location for a live load and it's nothing but slow first time 8 hrs to load me this time it's 2hrs and still have a green light from docking avoid at all costs
Drop & hook. No overnight parking
ATTENTION HEARTLAND DROP YARD DRIVERS: Check in at the Georgia Pacific guard shack (will need your DOT number, driver's license number, and tractor plate number.) No need to slide tandems. Drop on the immediate left. According to the guard, if there's no room, then drop in the first available open spot. There's a porta potty by the guard shack. If taking out an empty, no need to open the doors.
