Facility info

Check-in can be slow — security gate bottleneck reported multiple times; timing matters Hook and drop available — empty trailers at remote site (1.5 miles away, easy to locate) Wait times variable — ranges from quick turnaround to 11+ hours; depends on timing No overnight parking No bathroom facilities Plenty of yard maneuvering space and organized layout Staff attitude mixed — some report friendly, helpful gate personnel; others cite incompetent workers 24/7 operation

OTR: 24/7. No overnight parking. No bathroom. Busy location. Slow check in process. There is plenty of maneuvering space. If Drop and Hook, you will pick up an empty trailer at the remote site.

I’m waiting almost 11 hours hook and drop, no knight parking, security say waiting and truck stop
