Appointment required but staff accommodates early arrivals regularly — many drivers checked in 1-3 hours early without issues Live load and unload operations Check-in at receiving/dispatch office (Door 2 center of building or Door D 107) Unload times highly variable — ranges from under 30 minutes to 2-5 hours; some delays when multiple trucks present Most unloads fall in 30-60 minute range when operation runs smoothly Staff at front desk sometimes slow to take information if no doors immediately available; no phone system to notify drivers of door availability Overnight parking available in yard and surrounding streets No restrooms or porta-potties available Trailers must be clean; bring at least 2 load locks Staff generally very friendly and professional — multiple mentions of excellent customer service and positive attitudes Facility is clean, neat, and well-organized with plenty of maneuvering space Easy backing to doors Free drinks (Prime hydration) sometimes offered Yard condition: clean and professional Rare negative experiences — mostly related to front desk communication delays or frustration with early arrival policies on specific days BOLs ready within minutes of dock door closing
