Facility info

Video intercom check-in at gate—remote personnel only, no live guards. Communication difficult; heavy accents hard to understand through speaker. Delivery number required or you get turned away. Have it ready at guard shack or risk delays/rejection. Arrive exactly on appointment time—no more than 15 minutes early or they won't let you in. Shows up 30+ minutes early = forced to leave and return. Drop trailer at dock, get unloaded. Fast when moving (under 1 hour typical), but inconsistent wait times reported (30 min to 10+ hours). Live load waits can be brutal. Preloads often not ready on time. Two porta-potties only—drivers call them unusable. No other restroom access. No overnight parking. No waiting area for trucks. Staff attitude mixed: some report friendly/professional service, others say they're dismissive and don't care. Language barrier compounds the problem. Small yard, tight parking. Limited space overall.

    Amazon always delivers to Geodis in Clayton, they leave boxes and packages outside on the steps .too lazy to come in and check in. Creating more work for me and my coworkers

    This warehouse is always mess , guys if you coming here for delivery don’t forget your delivery number otherwise they ll kick you out and if you take time for finding delivery number like hour or half hour they won’t take your load,be on appointment time only 15 minutes before,ready for all info at guard shack 🥱😬,unloading guys sharp and quick,no restrooms available no overnight parking
