Facility info

No facility-specific information available for truck drivers. These reviews primarily address last-mile delivery performance and corporate customer service—not truck driver facility operations. Reviews cover home delivery complaints, corporate training seminars, and general company satisfaction, but contain no data on: Appointment scheduling or check-in procedures Live load vs. drop-and-hook operations Driver wait times at the facility Overnight parking Facility amenities or yard conditions Safety requirements What emerges from driver-relevant feedback: Communication breakdowns are systemic (delayed callbacks, unreachable dispatch) Some drivers report positive experiences; others describe professional issues with brokers and management One reference to a business location on route 23 with difficult road crossing Bottom line: This summary set doesn't contain operational intel for a facility visit. Seek driver-to-driver feedback specifically about dock operations, turnaround times, and on-site conditions.
