I clearly gave them a specific load pickup number for where I was supposed to go. Instead, they load my trailer with a 2-stopper going entirely the wrong way. I had to wait on another driver (from my company) to arrive before I could get another empty trailer (it was his load anyway). And then I find out that my load wouldn't get picked until 2nd shift started, by which time I had been on site for 5 hours. Kohler, when a driver gives you a pickup number, your job is to load him up with that load or explain any delays. You don't just give him any load you want and then hope that he doesn't notice (like you know you did with me). Do better.

No lo recomiendo para nada.ya tengo 4 hora para recoger una carga y aun no inician el cargado.le di una estrella porque es obligado dejar aunque sea una.pero ni eso se merecen.
Arrived at 07:30 for a 08:00 appointment. Got put in a door at 0:815 but they didn’t start loading me until 10:15. Apparently they don’t start picking your load until you arrive. Finally finished at 11:30.
Not bad at all here, in and out time was about 1.5 hours, still need to do better, the place wasn't busy, I think a lot of these DC's could do a lot better if better organized, but I would use this shipper again
