Rice Co-op Sacramento pickup location has only street parking, which is not very helpful for truck drivers. Loading time is extremely slow — usually takes around 4 to 5 hours. Be prepared for a long wait if picking up from here.

Absolutely ridiculous place. They gave a 2:00 PM appointment, we showed up early at 10:00 AM thinking it might help—big mistake. Didn’t get a dock until 12:30 PM, and now we’ve been stuck here for over 6 hours with nothing happening. No communication, no urgency, nothing. It’s like they have no clue what they’re doing. Total waste of time and completely unprofessional. Avoid this place if you value your schedule.
