Facility info

Unload times: Wildly inconsistent. Range from 30 minutes to 18+ hours. Most common complaints are 6-9 hour waits even with appointments. Some reports of 2-4 hour unloads. A few fast experiences (under 2 hours) but not the norm. Appointments: Meaningless. Facility regularly ignores appointment times, tells drivers to wait in yard or on street for hours after check-in. Some drivers turned away for being 15 minutes late with no rescheduling until next business day. Others who check in early get doors immediately. Unpredictable. Check-in: Use intercom at gate, provide PO number. Facility assigns dock range (typically doors 8-37). Back into available dock in that range yourself. Bring paperwork to receiving office. Wait for call on lumper fee and completion. Parking: No designated lot space for waiting trucks. Drivers forced to park on street outside facility (multiple reports of police ticketing). Some allowed to stay on property but inconsistent. Overnight parking possible on nearby streets but tight. Parking during unload: Very limited. Drivers report constant "pull forward/pull back" shuffling to make room. Described as cramped and chaotic. Staff: Highly polarized feedback. Some receiving staff reported as friendly and professional. Multiple complaints about rude, disrespectful, unprofessional reception staff — specifically one person frequently mentioned as condescending and dismissive. Inconsistent courtesy. Gate operations: Opens 5:15 AM. Morning hours are chaotic with trucks lined up to traffic lights. Recommend arriving 1+ hour early even with appointment. Yard conditions: Disorganized, cramped, chaotic. Trailers blocking maneuvers. Limited space for a 53-foot truck. No management visible addressing flow issues. Safety/procedural: No serious safety issues reported. Document handling complaints (staff claiming not to have papers, demanding payment for copies). Bottom line: This facility has operational chaos and inconsistent service. Appointment compliance is poor. Staff professionalism varies wildly. Unload times are long and unpredictable. Multiple drivers recommend avoiding if possible.

Extremely slow and rude workers. Waiting for door 4hours to unload soda bibs. I asked a worker if he could cut the seal, he refused to cut my seal when he had wire cutters visible on his utility belt. Receiving had bolt cutters but the reviving guy yelled at me because I asked for wire cutters. I didnt have a bolt i had a metal wire seal from Coca-Cola. The yard dogs tried to kick me out, when I was waiting for a door, with no street parking available with turn around. Even though receiving told me to wait in the yard, the yard dog yelled at me to leave the yard. Its a mess of a company. Do not accept loads here, absolutely got treated like I owe them something and they have a $510 lumper fee that you need to pay before you bump the dock door. Wish I could give a more negative review than 1 star. Worst experience delivering to any company in all my years truck driving.

I was late because of issues with my previous delivery. They shamelessly charged me $500 just to receive two pallets. My boss refused to put up with that kind of abuse.

Place is in a bad spot, doesn't respect appointment times, is slow, is chaotic, and the people who work here are rude.

So pretty much the worst possible place. Tear it down and start over, it's the only way to fix it.
