The technicians are always courteous, skilled, and make every visit smooth and comfortable. The front desk staff is wonderful as well—friendly, welcoming, and efficient from check-in to check-out.<br><br>The entire facility has such a pleasant atmosphere, and it is always spotless and well-maintained.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sarah Gao and her incredible team. From the moment I began my radiation treatment, Dr. Gao showed not only deep expertise and professionalism but also genuine kindness and compassion. She is truly brilliant in her field and has a calming, reassuring presence that made an overwhelming process feel manageable.<br>Dr. Gao took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully, always making me feel heard and cared for. Her dedication to her patients goes beyond medicine—it’s clear that she truly cares.<br>Her entire team, from the receptionists to the nurses, techs, and her nurse practitioner, are simply outstanding. They are warm, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Every visit felt like I was being cared for by family, not just a medical team. Their support, empathy, and encouragement meant the world to me during a very vulnerable time.<br>I feel incredibly fortunate to have been in the care of Dr. Gao and her team. They are a shining example of what compassionate, expert healthcare should look like.

  The team at the Potomac Radiation Oncology Center are truly angels on Earth. From the moment you enter the doors, you are greeted and checked in by the personable and fun duo Lucia and Dante, there joy brings ease while anxiously awaiting your appointment. Next you will be met with a phenomenal group of radiation therapists, Agnes, Brittany, Brett, and Agnes S. You will then meet with the compassionate Dr. Gao and nurse Cindy, a powerhouse medical team. I highly recommend and truly grateful for this team.

  The don’t have good customer service support at this hospital waiting time is long and the the employees in emergency is so route disrespectful

  I called at 12:30 to see if I could come in for an xray, the person who answered the phone told me that I would need to get the order faxed over. No problem. I called right away to get the order sent and waiting an hour, since I was told that the center should get it right away but definitely within an hour, I waited an hour to call back. Every time I called back after them, I got a message that they are closed for lunch or a meeting and the time is now 3:52. I regret waiting for so long to reschedule them and have let many other offices closed. If they are closed or understaffed, a simple change in the voicemail wording would help prevent patients from calling over and over. I called a total of 12 times with 1 answer the first time.
