Facility info

OPERATIONS Receiving window: 10 PM – 8:30 AM. Live unload only. Appointment scheduling: Can check in as early as 10 PM regardless of appointment time. Facility will take early arrivals if they have dock capacity. Do NOT show up during daytime hours expecting service — you will wait. Unload times: Typically 40 minutes to 2 hours once you get a door. Some reports of 3+ hour waits, particularly for early morning appointments or when staff forget to post paperwork. Late fees: $170–$225 charged for arriving 30+ minutes past appointment time. No exceptions stated. Payment: Lumper fees paid via express code/RoadsSync app or debit card only. NO CASH. NO checks. Cards sometimes have issues going through — have backup payment method ready. Gate access: Press call button at gate. Response time varies — can take 20+ minutes. Facility will not call you; once gate opens and you pay lumper fee, walk in for paperwork and proceed to dock. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking: Available before and after unload. Large, spacious yard with plenty of backing room. Drivers asked to keep area clean — facility may restrict parking if property gets trashed. Bathrooms: Available 24/7 indoors. Quality varies; reports of cleanliness issues. Staff attitude: Mixed. Several reports of friendly, helpful, professional receiving staff. Some reports of rude, dismissive, or unhelpful personnel. One account of discriminatory behavior. Yard conditions: Well-maintained, large staging area, easy to maneuver. Driveway entrance can be confusing — looks like employee lot; take immediate right into parking lot and follow access drive to gate. OTHER NOTES Weekend operations: Unclear; facility appears to operate reduced hours or may not receive on weekends. One-way traffic flow in/out creates bottlenecks. Vending machines available in office.
