I arrived at 11:00 AM for a 1:00 PM appointment and was given a dock door right on time at 1:00 PM. The unloading process took about 1.5 hours, finishing at 2:30 PM.
However, the check-in window staff was quite unhelpful and there seems to be a significant lack of communication between the office and the dock. After the lumper informed me that the unload was complete and I could check out, the window clerk made me wait an additional 30 minutes, claiming the delivery wasn't finished yet.
On a positive note, they do offer overnight parking, which is a great plus for drivers. Better internal communication would greatly improve the experience here.
This place is sucks, if you Como in sign , the guy that come out to tell which Dock to go, will take someone else, I came I sign as the 3rd person on the list, he took 4 other guys that came after, my appointment was 8am it’s was 2 pm I was still waiting, I think he did it, just because I was black, is it a crime to been black 😭😭😭😭😭😭 , they open at 7am I kept asking him what happened why you don’t take me I was 3rd on the list, you took guys that just got here. He our system was down , so wait.

Arrived at 08:23 for a 10:00 appointment.
Assigned a door immediately but had to wait a little while for previous truck to leave the door.
Room for backing and maneuvering.
I lined up with dock and had to wait a little longer for seal verification.
Backed in about 10:10. Unloaded and gone by 11:30. Not bad at all.
The people were nice.
Overnight parking though slightly limited.
I did not see any reason for all the negative comments.
The only problem I had was the unloader forgot to release me and change the light from red to green, but when I went to get my bills back I told the clerk and it was immediately taken care of.
Took me right away 15 minutes before my appointment. Nice, friendly people. More places should be like this!
