OPERATIONS Receiving hours midnight-5am only. Must call ahead to check in—phone-based system, not walk-up. Expect significant delays getting through; multiple call attempts common. Appointment times not strictly honored. Live unload only. Once you reach receiving, dock assignment typically takes 1-2 hours after initial contact. Check-in requires PO# and paperwork. Lumper fees required ($30+ per skid reported). Payment by paper check only. PARKING & CHECK-IN PROCEDURE Zero on-site parking available before dock assignment. Must park on I-85 off-ramp or nearby street while waiting for call. Street parking posted with "no parking" signs; police actively ticket trucks parked illegally. This creates a problematic situation where the check-in process itself puts drivers at risk of citations. Tight facility footprint makes backing difficult for some. Guard shack check-in is straightforward once you have a dock number. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Highly variable. Some drivers report 45-90 minutes start-to-finish. Others report 3-9+ hour waits. Unloading itself is typically fast (30-45 minutes) once at dock. Staff attitude ranges from genuinely helpful to dismissive and rude. Receiving office difficult to reach by phone—expect 20-50+ attempts to connect. Drivers report receiving staff sometimes forget to call back, assign wrong docks, or delay paperwork. Driver facilities minimal: bathroom available but reportedly conditions vary. No overnight parking. No waiting area with amenities. BOTTOM LINE Operational inconsistency is the core problem. Even drivers with smooth experiences acknowledge the facility is disorganized and parking situation is untenable. Don't arrive early. Call exactly at midnight. Expect to spend 2-4 hours minimum from arrival to departure, with no guarantee of faster service. Have accurate paperwork ready.

DON’T KNOW THE EXACT LOCATION HE WORKS SO IMMA GONNA LEAVE A REVIEW EVERYWHERE , but I had an issue with whoever was driving this truck number around 1 something in the afternoon June 18th!!! I’m leaving work and he decides to pull his big truck in the Hardee’s parking lot which is a SMALL PARKING LOT on both sides but he decides to bring his truck on the driving thru side where customers are getting their food and heading out meaning he is going the WRONG WAY. He also had blocked my car and other cars so if any car wants to leave THEY CANNOT LEAVE SO I HAD TO TELL HIM MYSELF MOVE YOUR TRUCK THAT WAS NOT SMART OF YOU !!! In the photo it shows how he proceeded to still GO THE WRONG WAY. Mind you there is a truck stop next to Hardee’s where he could have parked!
Took a long time to get in after ringing the door bell. The 2 guys that helped was great. The lady was really rude.
You will need 7 digit po for check-in. Not as bad as what it's made out to be. This is my 4th solo delivery after going through training I'm not the best at backing but if you turn around in the middle of the yard you'll make out just fine.
Young lady at guard shop was friendly and nice. I come to early for my appointment and she was trying to get me in to get unloaded. It was the thought that count.
