Facility info
Appointment times are loose — don't count on it as a hard start. Most waits are 15-45 minutes despite scheduled times, though some drivers report being held significantly longer (2+ hours past appointment). Unload/load speed typically 25-45 minutes for full loads. Manual handling (no forklifts) noted in some reviews, but recent feedback suggests faster operations now. Overnight parking available on-site. Opens around 6:30-7:00 am. Check-in at west side of building, center area (doors 26-27 for some operations). Easy backing, good door space. Staff consistently described as friendly, professional, courteous, and flexible. Generally willing to work with drivers who arrive early or miss appointment windows slightly. Restroom access available for drivers. Recent reviews much more positive than older ones — facility appears to have resolved earlier operational issues. Minor note: One report of weight adjustment needed before scale-out, handled smoothly.
Driver reviews
Nadim was very professional and kind as was the office lady. He was able to manage my expectations, I showed up too early, and get my load out on time. He let me know what to expect from now on and how to handle my next appointment with them more efficiently.<br>Knowing is half of the battle in this industry.
Tnx, really good place very good people.
Love this place. In and out. Lady at the counter is really nice.
This is a great place. The warehouse is the best part of ut. They also have overnight parking. There are no problems or issues, and the staff is very nice.
