APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING Appointments required and heavily overbooked — facility assigns multiple drivers same time slot. Expect to wait 1-2+ hours past appointment time just to check in. If you arrive more than 30-55 minutes early, they'll send you back to your truck. Receiving opens 11pm. All appointments seem to default around 11pm regardless of when you actually need to be there. CHECK-IN PROCESS Bring high-visibility vest, valid ID, and BOL. Immediately timestamp your BOL at door 42 upon arrival — this is your actual check-in time and critical for on-time status. Then get in line at the receiving window. Expect 1-2+ hours standing in a cold warehouse waiting to reach the window. Check-in window is a cramped 10x10 room with 15+ drivers packed inside. Staff processes one driver every 10-25 minutes. Once you clear the window, you're released to wait for a door call. UNLOADING & OPERATIONS Live loads only (drop and hook not available as of 6/9/25 when systems were down). Unloading handled by Capstone Digital lumper service. Unloading itself is slow — average 4-6 hours for typical loads, but can stretch to 12 hours. After unloading completes, you stage/park and wait for lumper payment notification via text, then retrieve paperwork at separate window. Lumper fees are high and paid by driver. Total facility time: 4-12 hours minimum, often 8+ hours. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Restroom available in receiving — clean and warm. Parking on-site available but extremely limited and often congested due to drivers clogged up in check-in. Yard dogs patrol aggressively and enforce parking rules. Small truck stop (Kwik Trip) approximately 0.5 mile away with ~20 spots. No overnight parking reported in recent reviews. Receiving room alternates between freezing cold (35°F) and intensely hot (90°F+). STAFF & ENVIRONMENT Office staff generally professional and calm under chaos, though some reports of rudeness.
