Facility info

Appointments & Check-in Appointments required, but adherence is inconsistent. Check-in via gate intercom/call box — provide PO number and seal number. Receiving office assigns dock door. Evening shift (10pm onward) more likely to accept early arrivals; day shift strictly enforces appointment time, won't accept drivers early. Some drivers report waiting 1-6 hours past appointment time despite having one. Unloading Live unload only. Receiving breaks seal before you open doors — don't break it yourself. Wait for green light to back in. Process ranges from 30 minutes to 4+ hours depending on facility workload. Lumpers perform unloading. Inspect freight before unload starts (multiple reports of lumper damage with disputes over liability). Lumper Fees Not accepted: cash, credit cards, debit cards. Payment method: TCHECK/EFS through Roadsync only. Typical fee around $90-$200 depending on load size. Overnight Parking No official facility parking. Street parking available in front and around facility, but limited space. Sheriff actively tickets for parking on Grandview Ave. Alternative: Kwik Trip 5.3 miles away (10500 Durand Ave) or Petro truck stop nearby — both accept overnight parking. Facility Gate access via intercom button. Receiving office located by dock doors. Restrooms available but may have full trash bins. Ample backing space. Facility condition mixed: some report clean/organized, others describe as "trashy" and poorly maintained. Equipment and grounds need maintenance work. Staff Highly variable. Night shift receiving staff frequently praised as kind and professional. Day/evening staff reception inconsistent — some drivers report friendly, respectful service; others describe rude, unprofessional, or dismissive attitudes. Phone lines sometimes disconnected. Other Busy distribution center serving Yum Brands (Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings). Construction in area complicates access. Late arrivals and parking create safety/congestion issues.

They'll have you waiting and waiting and waiting. Even if your hos is running out they do not care. Bring food and drinks, you'll be here a while. At least there's some parking nearby for when you're in a violation and need a safe haven quick
